Seems like everyones got an excuse for NOT doing it! So is this a SMC team thing or just a few peeps keen to flog themselves mercilessly? I've done it 5 or 6 times over the years, and wouldn't mind doing it again, so yeah I might just do it.

Well ,I just discovered something really awesome today... yep, you can DRESS up for the run! SO who dares to run in their (old, manky) helmet next year? Man that would be fun to watch!

But trhere were fairies and suoerheroes and a gaint caterpillar and you get clapped loudly if you have good dress-ups

BTW, Ehab, I SAW you (hehehe)

Some interesting costumes / characters out there today.... i dunno about doing it in a helmet tho hanne, have you tried running in a bike lid? It really is harder than you'd think

I had a great run, was over just as i started feeling good. Stoked with my finishing time, 42 min
