Did you hear Pakistan has blocked Youtube because there are videos on there that make fun of Mohammed?
When they did that early this week they accidentally stopped accepting or carrying all youtube traffic globally, not just for their domestic market.
And because Pakistan Telecom is the 20th largest data carrier on the planet it caused some problems.
