Chipping?

Hi - bit new to all this shit... have a Roadiner went for the Star yamaha drag pipes... reading some feed back I gather the fuel injection will now be sub optimum. Does any one chip the computers in nz ? ie dyna tune and chip?
or do you have to buy after market computer?
also any suggestions on improving the air intake ..hypercharger? all a bit different from my last bike sr 500 but hey that was 25 years ago.
