will definitely miss the RF if sold. when i said i'd like to keep it and buy another i'm dead serious....ideally i'd have a 1-up bike and a 2-up bike but right now it's not really a goer...
Still have visions of Crozz on his Kawa 900 at Wanganui eons ago.

Like the idea too of two types for the shed, the RF is an ideal two up beast, shame they don't make a similar one, mind you spose the GSX Katana is close, the GSF Bandit is a little bigger though.

Pain when the budget won't stretch to enable it to be kept, still depends when the newer bike is found, then maybe the budget can accomodate it.

I'd be keen to take a blat over on the GPZ to take a look at your RF Yod but at the moment the old girls making a hell of a racket from the muffer near the engine I'd like to get sorted and finding a free weekend seems hard at the moment.

I think I'll sell the GPZ and put the money in the bank till a good local opportunity comes along.

Boob, yours is still on Trade Me .... ?

Yeah the clown has pulled out, she is back on the market. Geez some people crack me up, no drama in changing ones mind at all, it's everyone's right but to make up bollocks that your still keen on buying it but the only insurance company you have tried won't insure you is just rubbish, AMI aren't the only insurance company, & im sure far from the best at bike insurance

ps: who on good God's earth insures a $4k vehicle? What a waste of $$$

Statistically you would probably pay for it twice by the time you had an accident

Sounds messy. You could have sold it to me on Monday mate. I've gone cold on it now sorry, you'll probably get more from someone else anyway. It'll go for the dollars you want when you want to sell

Na all good mate, no mess, just cracks me up how people cant just be honest & say they have had a change of heart & leave it at that

No drama Splatty, was kinda in two minds after he had said "done deal", the reality of not having it had sunk in but will still leave her up for sale me thinks. God I love this bike & as me old china Yod says I would most definitely keep her if I could afford to have two nice bikes, but the bike's i'm looking at I will need to include the funds from this sale. A 2up suitable sports/tourer & a hard core sports bike sounds bloody magic, a short sharp blat for the full sports & a comfy yet capable of being brutal sports/tourer for longer rides

WTF about insurance, why AMI? Shit mines fully insured for $4000 and includes race days(yeah right),excess is $400 or so,but I'm only rider insured and costs $245pa.

When I bought it I tacked it on my home, contents cars till I'd found a bike company, the policy for the bike was double cost than now,but at least gave me a couple of weeks to suss out policy for her.

Have the balls to say changed me mind is all people ask,and if ya have two people chasing it is a real piss off when you lose both buyers cause of one guys change of heart.

    Fuckin' bollocks.

Put it up next to an SRAD gixxer, or an Aprilia Futura. It just looks like that because it doesn't come to a point like most bikes. Its no wider than most big bikes.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

*sigh* Not only is my bike insured with AMI, but it's insured at Market Value, which can be appraised by a motorcycle dealer of MY choice (you get where I'm coming from here?) It costs me $32 a month Fully Comprehensive.

At the very least 3rd party a bike.

Shit that's not bad Tony, that's almost worth it in my book (remember i'm part Jewish )

Yeah no real drama as said, just makes me laugh. No hurry in selling her, i'm flat out doing huge hours at present so won't be riding much for a few months at least
