and the mighty roar of an FXR valve bouncing it ever gear (except 6th), the choking smog from the RG, the chattering "i'm about to blow up" coming from the ZZR, closely followed by the car-alarm-triggering thunder from the TL and firestorm, fearsome howl from the hornet, and the clap-clap-clap of nish running along behind

I was about to stop on the side of the road and physically move the scooter out of my spot, but then I decided against it
On Princess Street, heading towards AUT, take the last driveway on the left just past the ped crossing to the underground carpark. Go on the path around the barrier arm and through the carpark. you can park over towards the right hand side if you're early ( by the mighty TL ), or over towards the left by the back stairwell on the Gym.

Failling that, I park over between Human Sciences and Music/History. You can get there off Alten Road ( by the Marae ( sp? the Maori place ) ), ride around the barrier arm and along the driveway towards Security. Between History and Human Sciences there is a driveway that goes all the way up to Symond Street. Ride up there and halfway up on the left is where I park ( the not so mighty Honda GB250 ). Reasonably under cover also.

Why don't you just ride it up and it gives you the chance to check her over?

You should be able to make in two days, with a overnighter in between!

It shouldn't cost you any more than the $490!

    Minutes look good Stephen -

I have a 9 am tomorrow - but I can be around earlier if you need help with setup? After 10, I am free to lurk about for the day.

See y'all tomorrow. I look forward to receiveing my 'patch' and terrorising the parking wardens [one in particular] - seriously though, we could investigate an embroidered patch like KB's one??

We may postpone this until next wednesday, the weather and other clubs are conspiring against us. Rain most likely tomorrow, so fewer bikes will be out there and theres no cover for the signup area. We have a 10-15% chance of getting a table i'd say

I'll decide in a couple of hours, either way, im submitting our affiliation stuff within the hour, and we'll either be up in the quad tomorrow or next wednesday for the SRC thing

Now to fill out these grant application forms

I have a briefcase-style table that folds out into about 6 feet long made of plywood and alloy. You can use that if you want.

Yer, im thinking that if we did it next wed we'd have all the stuff at the table as well (various pamplets, some sample gloves and bits). Do it once and do it properly Dont want to have a mess like last time

SIGNUP STAND POSTPONED UNTIL WEDNESDAY 12TH

We'll be out beside the gym then, postponement will hopefully mean we avoid tomorrow's predicted rain, and give me a chance to put up flyers in the bike parks around uni advertising the club!

Our affiliation application has been sent in, i've attached a couple of the docs that accompanied it for everyone to read.
