    Wires... fun fun

I am working on my Rd50 and need to know a few things

    1. How hard is it wiring up indicators, horn etc?
    2. Where would I find the wiring? or is it pretty easy to makeshift?
THis bike is classed as a moped so no warrent needed so it will not have to be perfect

I went to a car wrecker's and bought a couple of old wiring looms.
You should be able to find enough to be able to approximate the original wiring colours if you so want and it's cheap.

    Oh I love these threads

    1. Really really easy if you know what you are doing
    2. The wiring is generally under the tank & seat running up the frame between the front of the bike & the middle near the big hot metal thing (& some towards the rear of the bike).

Seriously google search for a clear wiring diagram for your bike or something similar & see if you can make sense of it. If it doesn't make sense after an hour & a look at the bike then you're in trouble.
Don't you look at my accountant.

I'm pretty sure the first cop that pulls you up will be able to pick that it doesn't quite fit the 2kW 50km/H design speed limits for a moped so you might want to look into that before it costs you a small bucket of cash.
