I've got a bit of experience laying up circuit boards. Haven't done it for a while though (couple of years) PM me if you want any more ifo. I don't check this forum all that often and am a bit pushed for time at the moment.

fortunately my luck changed and i no longer have to go down the road of de-soldering and re-soldering the PCB
