    Enjoying Riding Again

In November 06 I pranged my bike and ended up with torn muscles in the neck. A bit of physio and she was right..... But within a month my hands were so sore (all the bloody time) and if I rode for more than 1/2 an hour it was no fun at all. I was even considering selling the bike.

After a bit over a year of tests/xrays/doctors visits and painkillers I have finally been fixed. I went to a physio on an unrelated matter and she dignosed a trapped nerve in my neck. The muscle injury had healed but had left the radial nerves trapped.

A month of gentle physio and a few stretches and no pain the first time in a year. Riding th bike is a pleasure again - no excuses again
I feel like I'm diagonally parked in a parallel universe.

Good on ya. Having tried having a nerve trapped in my spine I can relate to that - not pleasant at all!

    On the road!
It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)
