Any builders in the house - West Auckland

Evening all,

We are looking at investing in a kitset garage (or gargre if you prefer). Some of the companies want an enormous premium over the kitset price to build the thing.

Are there any builders on here who can give me a ballpark price for assembling a new kitset garage?? Assuming we will deal with permits, etc.
