As I understand it communication between the borrower and the panelbeater should have happened MANY months ago. As indeed should communication between the borrower and the lender.

Sorry would you care to explain that.?
If I borrowed your car, damaged it,then left it somewhere, would you reasonably expect to have to chase me up to fix it?
Your imput is greatly valued here. What would you concider the reasonable solution to be?

I concur. My brother asked if he could take the Bus for a ride in the weekend. I just said to him 'I don't ask to ride your wife...........' (she's HOT too!) He got the message PDQ

I agree with Drew . Punch the prick in the mouth and if Drew wants to we can gather a buch of really angry welly folks and make a night of it .

Ohhhh thats no good cause you want your car fixed and the borrower would have to spend all his money at a clinic as the hospitals round here dont have doctors or band-aids.

Silly boy for lending the car Frosty.

Shouldn't be an issue - that's what ACC is for isn't it?

No matter your stature or what you wear a sawn-off shotgun and a crowbar lends a bit of a menacing air to any character.
Eventually get a motorcycle chain instead of the crowbar so no one starts doubting whether you're just going to break in somewhere...
