I could wear a dress and yell at you. Does that count as cross training?
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Exactly the same experience a colleague had with those Tardme wallahs. My advice? Get a pushbike - cash converters plus a service at your local bike shop and you're all set.

Yeah, thought about it but there is no shower at work. With a cross tariner I can do a bit in the morning before I leave for work and some more after work, that way I can still cook dinner etc and not have to worry about time.

Try a treadmill first. Believe me with the resistance turned up you'll be sweating in no time.

Nah, I need a cross trainer. I have partially ruptured both my achilles over the years and have arthritis and other nerve/muscular problems in my knee after writing a bike off a few years ago. A treadmill is way to harsh on me and I can only reach a fast walking pace. A cross trainer is much smoother, works out more of my body and I can last for longer.....

    Get an exercycle.

My brother bought one to use before his bodybuilding comps. 30mins every morning.

Down from 102kg to 79kg in 12 weeks. Six meals a day.

Yeah there good but I prefer a cross trainer. I use to practically live at the gym until last year when I started a job that didnt allow any time to go. I really only benefited from the cross trainers at the gym. I plan on buying a bicycle as well for outdoors but for now im looking for a cross trainer, thanks anyway....

When you get your push bike get a wind trainer too, then you can ride it inside on shitty days. We've got one and it makes for a similar experience as the spin bikes at the gym (Not that I have used it for a while!!)
