Ewww!! T.M.I.
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
we will remember them
1 - YamahaR64life - good and valuable advice
2 - Keystone19 - racing idol from the real world
3 - Badger8 - 12 o'clock a GN250
4 - ChocolateWheels - similar thinking paterns i guess
1. Hmmm, I actually respect quite a lot of people here but just to be obtuse I'll single out Ixion this time. He is at the polar opposite end of the political spectrum from me (him being a Commie) but he is interesting, intelligent, can laugh at himself, and contributes to the flavour of such a diverse site.
2. Don't know any racers but all power to them.
3. Some guy riding a bike onto the bonfire last year at the Brass Monkey. Of course that is also normal behaviour.Apart from that, it has been suggested to me that passing my mate at 160+k when he was starting to overtake a truck, just north of Kaikoura was slightly silly. Can't see it myself, thats what happens when he buys a VStrom....
4. I"s an original!! No twins here.
Whys that? have you got big tits to?
1 Stanko, wealth of Knowledge and incredibly helpful
2 Scurvy (depsite his incessant whining about LCRs)and Sidecarboob, shouldn't be winning against the latest and greatest but they do
3 Myself, carrying on racing with a fractured wrist and ankle (2 different meetings)
4 Diesel Pig (cept he's shorter and rounder) we do more racing than road riding, both swing on sidecars and are both spectaculary talented
Nodrog is my idol
I think Im a serial blinger to him lol!... always makes me laugh with his posts![]()
"World famous since ages ago"
1 - A Kber you respect and listen to
Jim2 - he's a good dude, and an excellent drummer
2 - KB racer
Sully60 - helped me a lot with getting Lady P going on the Bucket circuit.
3 - The most stupidest thing someone has done with a bike.
Has to be coming back from the Brass Monkey in 1993. I was doing a speedometer check with those 1km signposts. My mate up ahead jammed his brakes on as a dog ran out in front of him (on the open road in the middle of nowhere??). I was doing 100km/h while my mate had stopped about 30m ahead. I locked up the brakes on the RZ500, swerved and clipped his right saddlebag ripping it from his bike.
Ended up on the wrong side of the road nearly facing the other way !!
Trevor Pierce (yup the bikeshop owner in CHCH) nearly fell off his bike laughing so hard.
Hmmm,...clever....
4 - Who would be your biker twin (most similar to you) and why
Biker-twin...gosh, is there someone else like me? Please NO !!
"...you meet the weirdest people riding a Guzzi !!..."
