    Honda Hornet 250 throttle adjustment!?!

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my 250 hornet. I think my throttle cable needs to be thightened, I am not sure on how to go about it. For some odd reason I have to twist my throttle a 1/4 more to get the bike moving, there is no memory in the cable to this 1/4 mark, after the 1/4 mark the bike behaves as per normal. I dont know what happend, I got off the bike to check the tyre pressures at the gas station, next minute I start it up and the throttle felt weird, and then I realised that I have twish the throttle a lot more just to get the bike moving.

PS: While I am twisting the throttle 1/4 way, the engine revs dont even go up above idle, this suggests me that somehow the throttle cable got stretched? or something wrong with my throttle thingy.

    Please help
