    Newbie says Hi (water_boy182)

    Gidday Kiwi Biker team

Im new to this site. I've heard so many good things about it and thought its time to join. I've got a Yamiha Virago 250 thats packed a sad. I had to do some re-wiring to get the alternator going again and now i've gotta change a crank seal. Any advise would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Welcome to KB waterboy.

How long have you had your bike, what year is your Virago, and how many km's?

I am fairly new to KB but it seems to me that most of us would take a bike to a mechanic for things like a crank seal.

Better to post your question at this sub forum:
    BIKE MECHANICS / - Engine - Clutch - Transmission

    Gidday

My Yamaha is a 1994 XV. it doesn't actually say that its a virago but i'm 100% sure that it is. it's done 81,000kms. I've owned it for just under a year.

Thanks heaps for your advise. I went and posted the question where you said to.

    Thanks
