Thumbs up handmade curiosity - R1 paper craft

In 2007, a friend of mine was about to go and working oversea who's also a bike fanaticism, he was arranging a party for his birthday, for his birthday gift, however, I then decided to make an R1 craft for him, here's what an actual R1 looks like:

then, I drew up a time schedule in mind as his birthday's just about to come in around 2 weeks, and had spent exactly 2weeks (about 4hours a day) to have this craft done:

the original soft copy of the design can be downloaded from Yamaha site:

    http://www.yamaha-motor.co.jp/entert...aft/index.html

here below are the photos been taken during the works

    The head

    Front suspension

    The body cover

    Fuel tank

    Seats

    the engine with cooler

    the exhaust system

a part of the parts, had been workin on it for more than a week till this stage....
the worst part was the tyres...i'v trown two "flat" tyres when i was assembling them

now we take another look of how to put those parts all together...that was really a difficult task, all the seemed small and insignificant mistakes and inaccuracies were amplified during the assembly process, makes it even worse, i re-do some of those parts according to that phenomenon which had slightly delayed my scheduled progress (almost not be able to finish it before my mate's birthday)

Nice work, you must have been really determined to get it finished in 2 weeks, I spent 3 years on and off making one myself: http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...1&postcount=24
