Hey guys, I've got a friend in town for a couple of days, and we're keen to head out to woodhill for a bit of a pedal.
Has anyone got a fairly sturdy mountain bike he can borrow for a day? He's a good enough friend that I trust him with my motorcycle

The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,
my own fault really.
