    Suzuki M50 clutch adjustment

My clutch is engaging really late, i almost need to let the clutch lever all the way out for the clutch to engage.

I can see there is an adjustment screw at the lever end and 2 nuts at the end of the cable at the engine end. I don't have a manual so can somebody please explain what process i need to follow to tighten the clutch up. The bike has only done 7k so should be plenty of adjustment.

    Cheers.

Assuming the M50 has a cable-operated clutch, basically, you need to adjust it so there's more freeplay. Loosen the locknut on the lever end, and wind the adjuster in, then retighten the locknut.
The adjusters at the engine end don't usually need touching; they're there for gross adjustments and for removing/replacing the cable, otherwise you can ignore them unless the lever-end adjusters don't allow enough adjustment.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....
