FOR SALE: Honda NT650V Deauville Sports Tourer!

This classified is on behalf of my soon-to-be father in law. The bike is in North Shore, Auckland (Browns Bay)

The Deauville has been very well cared for and it has only had one private owner. Selling as he also has a Hornet 919 and is eying up a Buell...

For those that do not know the details, it is a shaft drive 650cc V-twin and it has panniers that are integrated with the bike. Very good touring bike and it has massive 45litre givi box fitted at the back which fits two full face helmets (even with my extra large head. See picture) The box doubles as a back rest and the bike has side stand and a centre stand.

the panniers and box are lockable and also has a lockable glove compartment on the front right of the bike and another glove compartment on the left which is not lockable.

The bike is in flawless condition except for a very small scratch on the left hand pannier which was from a careless passenger getting onto the back seat. (hope it wasn't me...) It is a great bike for a passenger as well and my soon-to-be mother in law is very sad to see it go.

The bike comes with original honda tool kit and a full service history. All service have been performed by honda dealership as specified. The WOF has just expired in January and new WOF will be put on in the next couple of weeks and reg expires 7/08/2007. The bike has done 11,060km since new and it has been regularly used and always garaged. The bike has been groomed as much has it has been ridden and as I've said before it is in an excellent condition.

Fuel tank holds 19ltr and averages 250km before hitting the reserve when riding around the town. Better economy on motorway riding. Please ask any questions and PM me if you're interested, I'll send you the number of the owner so you can have a chat.

Now that's a very tidy Deauville!

These things are great bikes -- both for touring and commuting. The same v-twin 650 as found in the TransAlp.

I didn't even know such a beast existed - only today I was saying "Clever Honda have ensured I can't buy another of their products as they don't make a mid range V-Twin - I don't want an inline 4 or a litre V-Twin so Honda's out of the question." Shame I won't be in the market until May.

    Hi Spinnaker,

Yeah, I'm not sure if Honda sells these new any more. I would suggest looking at Trade Me for second hand examples or even dealers to see if they have any second hand models.

    Good luck.
