This going here, downloading their CAD tool and doing the tutorial.

It's actually not too bad... easy enough to use and totally free!
$2,000 cash if you find a buyer for my house, kumeuhouseforsale@straightshooters.co.nz for details

The latest version X4 is on sale... if you know a student you can get it pretty cheap.

I've got a Corel 5 disc you can have. It's an old version but still works just fine, esp if you only want a decent drawing program, without too much drama.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    Urgh.

Corel sucks. Would you prefer Freehand or Illustrator?
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

I've got a set of TurboCAD v4 CD's and manuals. It's very old, but might be useful to play with or to use as an upgrade to a new version. At least it's legit.
Happy to donate to you. Shane

I used Corel Draw when I was designing sportswear and found it much easier to use than illustrator etc.

I have Corel Draw 6 in one of my boxes in my lockup in Hastings. Suppose thats not much use to you but could dredge it out when I go to pick up some of my furniture in a couple of weeks?

Corels 6,7,8 were not particularly 'stable' programs. ie often they will 'hang' or spontaneously close down. Always just before you save a great deal of work.
The latest version of X3 is super-good and can be had for about $300.
I've sent Quasi my old Cdr5 which, if it will run OK on XP, should be all he needs.

LOL it'll probably scare him a hell of a lot less than the Adobe Creative Suite I sent him today.
