    Which year?

My 82 MHR shares the same frame as the 900ss of the era - and they came with centrestand only.

Going by his profile he's talking about the rather more modern trellis-framed thing.

I don't think so, at least not easily, but if you're determined I'm sure anything is possible. Look in Ducati.ms forum as they have a huge collection of Duke owners there.
Before you commit to the addition have a good look at your ground clearance as the 900 scrapes pipes in stock form and you may find a stand will hang below the pipes.
Personally, I never found a need for a stand, a paddock stand always worked and the 900 is best in its lightest, stripped down form getting the best out of the limited power available by reducing weight.

    Have fun anyway!

Only reason I would use a centre stand on a bike is for maintenance and for a Ducati Supersport I would use a paddock stand.

My wife's bike doesn't accept the paddockstand comortably so I use the centrestand on that.

So is it for stability or maintenance reasons?

A quick internet search reveals aftermarket centrestands for the Monster range, but not for the 900. Looks like a paddock stand or make your own...

I use my centre-stand when parking all the time (mostly for kick-starting ease later on), but unless you've got a `suicide stand', the side-stand is mostly much more stable than the centre-stand. Weight spread out over a larger area or something.

I know this because of taking my bike over to Waiheke Island on the car ferry in particularly rough weather last winter. Certainly much more stable to put it in first gear and leave it on the side-stand.
