I've gone beyond the point of crying, and just laugh if anything else happens now...

Oh and guess what, I get home finally, to discover my landlord has given me my 4 weeks notice!!!! ARRGHHH
Holy shit thats some bad luck.As people say what goes round, comes round, you must have done some bad shit lately lol.

I thought it was bad at the mission vineyard last year when the car blew the top radiator tank by the cap, whilst waiting to park in high 20deg temps, then having to go on truck to Norsewood, then next day to Palmy, and the Monday being Auckland anniversary weekend.
Found out there are some great people out there, the Dannevirke garage owner and wife towing us to Palmy on Sunday, the radiator specialist who opened up Sunday and fitted new core the first thing Monday.

Should have sold the story to new idea or similar, even the Aussie kayakers' story pales into insignificance to this one.

sooooooooooooo am sure kbers could do a test ride down ie I can pick it up from hawera to welly dogsnbikes could prob get it across on the ferry, then its up to the south island crew to get it from picton to dunners

by the time it got to dunners we can confirm coil probs would be over

    You'll be lucky!
I actually still have a bluebridge booking for me and bike south, which I have postponed for a while, I'm hoping to get up north again somehow (cheap preferred) and ride it home properly... Will work that one out when I get there.

.. ohh well it was worth a shot

hmm we might have to escort you to the ferry to make sure the bike makes it outta the north island .. & also if you travelling bluebridge should try to get on dogsnbikes sailing .. then you can talk trumpy's & kerry's good work together .. (not to mention he will look after you)

Let us know what the problem was when Triple Fourensics have the bike sorted.Very little can blow a coil from the primary end, unless the one coil is being sent a very high voltage....so that leaves a sparkplug,or the tube connection between coil and plug.

Will definitely keep you posted. We checked the sparkplugs as well as we could, they seemed ok. The tube connection between coil and plug is all part of the coil I've been replacing each time. is that what you meant?
