Is this the lamest speeding excuse ever?

An Australian biker, caught for speeding and recklessly riding on the emergency lane of a freeway, claimed had suffered a “temporary brain snap”!

The un-named 21 year old biker had been spotted speeding along the emergency lane. After stopping traffic, an officer signalled the biker to stop, but had to move out of the way as the bike was allegedly aimed at him, missing by less than a metre.

Police have charged the biker with reckless driving, failing to stop when called upon, assault to prevent arrest, using an emergency lane when not entitled, driving an unlicensed vehicle, driving contrary to a learner's permit, and driving contrary to a work order.

He will appear in the Perth Magistrate’s Court at a later date.

Sounds more like a permanent lack of brain to me...
It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)

Thats is lame,, when I was 16, long time ago I got pulled up on my XL100 for exceeding 50kms,, I said str8 away to the officer the biker had been running rough and I had to run it at higher revs to keep it going, on the way home of course. I said I would show him,, having flicked off a concealed kill switch I kicked and kicked using heaps of throttle of course, then pretended to fiddle with carb, putting kill switch on and hey presto it starts and runs rough as a pig, flooded of course, he noted it on my ticket, wrote in and got off... lol

I guess the youth learn from the sporting heros ?

A couple of weeks ago a high profile footy player punched a couple of other players (shown on TV over and over) during a game in Aussieland and then said he had a "Brain Snap" and got a 7 game ban, of which 6 of those games he will be not playing because of a wrist injury he got a little bit later in the game when he punched the wall, so I guess that means he gets a 1 game ban ?
