In all honesty, I cannot claim such; I've only just now started on my semillon/sauvignon blanc for the evening. My failings are entirely my own.

Also, I must confess that the kitchen defeated me earlier; I had Hell delivered, and I looked upon it and saw that it was Good. Tasted all right, too.

You're a trusting soul. Do you really believe that even Hell can deliver the goods? Might look good, and taste good, but what's really in it????

Your own kitchen is best. Just takes a bit of time and effort...

And dare I mention campylobacter, listeria?

And now, in the true spirit of perversity, I'm off to the pub, to light up my pipe or a good cigar before we all turn into pumpkins at midnight...

ramblings of a psycopath, the early years...

Just to let you all know, I HAVE gone crazy. At 5pm, on Wednesday, when I realised YET again I was staying late at work, with everything else, something seriously snapped inside me. I must have blacked out, as when I came to, I was hunched over in a corner, with a sterile drape (for surgery) over me like a tent, frothing at the mouth whistling christmas carrols.

Where was I? Oh yes, jrandom... Hell? I would rather eat all the raw ingredients for an omlette, make myself throw up into a hotplate, cook the upchuck into an omlette, and then eat it again (yes, I saw this on Jackass, was quite, err, disturbing).

As 4 da spling, we all no dats a dirct rslt of da txtng lange of mobl fones ingrting in2 socity. Won b lng til dey rerite da dictnry.

Not the worst I've read on TradeMe.
The thing that continually gets me is the ones where the name of the bike is spelled incorrectly (or incorrectely spelted) in the title.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

    That's just intellectual snobbery.
Surely, if you're going to use a "k", because it's more correct, then you may as well write everything that's furrin with the original spelling and script of the time? Or summat?
