In User CP, under Edit Options, it's about halfway down. Very useful feature, I find.

yeah and i'd like a way to delete them quickly after i have used them (like delete every month etc)

I delete each one as I look at them, so it's never been a problem for me. Click the link, see where I've been quoted and what they've said, delete quote note, wash rinse, repeat. If I find the thread interesting enough to want to go back to it, I subscribe.
