And to enter a case I have to get more of his details (just his REAL name and his home phone, I have the rest, and the cops said they would go get that but my phone line was down today so I couldn't check..)

I rang his mobile the other day to get the details but as soon as I said who i was the cunt hung up on me so obviously he isn't gonna make it easy...

My theory is when I finally get to court he ain't gonna show, so then he'll be required to pay me $10 a week.. which for 4.6 grand is probably gonna last near enough the rest of my life..

Bloody hell, that's rats arse mate! hope the summons and the cops knockin on his door etc are enough to scare him into showing up to court. Little shits like that often get a scare and suddenly cooperate when they realise they're not gonna get away with it.

then at 2nd pub same scenrio arrive talk shit have a juice beer food wat eva draw a card record ect ,, then move on to next pub , and so on till you end up at last pub , Kentish pub waiuru ! arrive draw card this makes 5 cards , Eg, a poker hand , Now best hand wins ,

Oh I didn't hear about that one! The first night it was falling asleep on the side of the road on the bike, then waking up right outside the backpackers which wasn't there before, and the second night it was going into tight corners way too hot and slamming on the brakes (at which time he supposedly hit the bottom of my bunk, but as I was sleeping I didn't feel a thing).
