Anyone else feel like going? Was going to do something with Mrs Random tonight anyway. Speedway sounds like a good idea.

The only way to keep Western Springs alive, even if they do end up putting catalytic converters on all the stock cars or summat, is for everyone to keep going. If attendance dies off, it'll be easier for the Bad People to shut it down entirely, and we don't want THAT to happen, do we?

Ah, but summer's coming, and my kids are now old enough to haul along for some good old family-oriented hearing damage (well, maybe not that part, any more) so I'm feeling unequivocally good about the speedway thing right now.
