will a K2 gsxr1000 radiator fit a K2 gsxr600?

as the title says....my mates k2 GSXR600 has a busted radiator...there is a guy on Trade me who has one for a K2 1000..will this fit???

According to Ron Ayers the parts numbers are different. Not sure on what the actual differences are though, whether it is solely different cooling capacity or physical size.

wouldn't think a 1k would work, be handy if you could get a k1-k3 600/750 would do the trick.

I am sure you could get a 1k to fit, but really depends if cutting was involved.

i know stock radiators are expensive just priced one up $1000 ex japan

I'd do the eyeball test.If all the plumbing lines up and its just a matter of slightly longer/shorter brackets then Go for it

yea i wasnt sure about a thou fitting on a 600.
