Ridiculously cheap GSXR1000.... Any part ex considered too!

    Hi people,
I am in a bit of a hurry to sell my bike, although it pains me to do so! Had it advertised on here a few months back but i need the cash for a deposit on a house, so it has to go! Here it is again:

    http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/List...x?id=146753833

It has a standard exhaust on it now though, which i am selling seperately (or with the bike for an extra amount)

I want $8000 for the bike, its ready to ride with WOF and Rego. Hope this generates some interest, it seems that trademe isnt the place to sell your pride and joy, people expect a mint low mileage GSXR for nothing on there.
    Cheers, Matt

Not the time to be selling mate we are in a recession, toys got out the window first, followed closely by simple luxuries, holidays, lean meat, the wife and finally the mistress.

So...is your mistress a hottie? How much?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Is that the going rate for a Mistress?
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

I think mistresses would be cheap in comparison.

    certainly generated my interest Matt!

and I commend you for being realistic in your asking price (KB price).

i personally think NZ sellers are either too 'attached' to their bikes (the bike's value is only what someone else is prepared to pay for it) or the market as a whole is a bit un-realistic.

but yeh, hope you get the sale you need, and I hope no-one disses you by trying to haggle you even further.

I would love to buy that bike man, I have really started missing my K2 lately.

But alas, I am a poor prick at the moment

Listen up people, if you're lookin for a thou, these are the easiest to ride. Still fuckin fast by any standard, and sexy as bits of kit. Get in while the getting is good!!!

Good luck with the sale man

The biggest financial risk with a mistress is the extra expense incurred when you wife takes your car, bike, house and kids...
It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)

Thats why you don't own anything, marry up, or protect it in trusts and shell companies and that shit I don't really understand...... or have dirt on her.....

so I'm 'dissing' am I.....and I thought mine was a cash offer for a Gixxer and the market is definitely swamped with Suzukis.....sorry mate, I see a lot of 1000s for $8000 and if I'm going to make an online offer it won't be at the high end. The Yoshi is what makes this bike 'better' but 2nd hand Yoshis are not new price (4000). I don't really expect matt83 to jump at my offer but it is a real offer nonetheless (but it is not open forever)

    Hi people,
Thanks for the interest and the good read, had a chuckle looking through the messages! Well, the bike is now gone, got a trade in this morning! $2800 cash, plus a mint Honda Firestorm and a VFR400 NC30!
The 'storm is an awesome bit of kit, has done 80000k's but hey, its a honda. It rides mint. See it here!:

    http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Mo...-146753833.htm

I'm selling it cheap too, so again, open to offers. Also, the NC30 is for sale, it has Wof as of last week, and rego till end of april. Offers please!

Oh, and MV nut, thanks for the offer but $6k? really? thats learner 250 money, i'd rather have burnt the bike than sell it for that! i got offered $7500 from a dealer, but would rather have sold it to a KBer and let him/here make a profit after a few months and lots and lots of smiles/3rd gear power wheelies later...
