Wanted 41 mm forks for CBR 400

Has anybody got a pair of forks for a CBR400rr NC23 in the garge gathering dust ?
Anything 41 mm considered even if its not Honda stuff.
Would even consider USD with clamps and bits .

    Cheers Paul.

Have you tried making some out of all those spare sprockets you're hoarding?

    I've got a bandit 400 that I'm keeping for spare parts, but I suppose I won't need the forks (hopefully...!). They're 41mm.
They're a bit pitted, but it looks like the area the seals slide on is ok. If you're interested, you could have the whole front end, I have the wheel, discs (they're about 3.6mm thick, below the 4mm limit but still useable for racing I guess. I don't think they're warped, but haven't tested them.), callipers (twin 4 pot, they work well, I've tried them on my own bike although the pads are stuffed), brake lines, a nasty old master cylinder that has been spraypainted black but still seems to work, etc.
I don't know if the tripple clamps would be useful or not. The centre to centre distance between the forks is 190mm (as good as I can measure without removing the forks).

If you're interested, make an offer.

The amazing roadracingoldfart took the CBR apart in seconds. Top clamp twisted as is the botom triple clamp thingie. Fark.

Distance from bottom of fork to centre of wheel spindle hole is 750mm. If anyone has forks like this (or slightly longer) then please contact moi.

This page tells me the fork tube length is 598mm...which is pretty bloody long :-( Methinks the NC29 forks I've purchased are gonna be about 20mm too short as well

Maybe bros 400/650, cb400f or the 600 hornet (did they sell them here?), CBR600 or NT650, VFR750, VTR1000 would fit?

The bandit's forks are 750mm from the top of the fork to the centre of the axle (with the fork fully extended).
