Well, I disagree with the deal. And so does Winston. 10 years down the track when all we have is Chinese plastic crap, Chinese dolphins in tuna cans, Chinese ownership of all our assets, then you might see why...

China has the cost base to out compete our industry regardless of the small tariffs we still have - we're up to our eyeballs in Chinese manufactured goods now, and we're 51st in their list of trading partners. Abolishing those tariffs is farting in addition to thunder.

What this agreement gives us is preferential access to the fastest growing middle class in the world...at least for a short time.
