Good friend of mine, absolutely meticulous woman, needs a new flat. Rent went up on the last one and she can't afford the new rate.

She needs

• $300/week max
• 1 or 2 brm (2 preferred)
• North or Central Auckland (Shore preferred)
• 1 car park

No flatmates, prefers to live alone, and as an ex landlord I will confirm she's the perfect tenant. Gobsmackingly tidy, treats the house like her very own. Honest, reliable - all that good stuff.

She can rent my 3 bedroom rental house with a garage down here for $250.... Comes with the free use of the adjoining section out back (vege garden it and save more $$$). More bling for ya bucks once out of Auckland....
