VFR400R Exhaust gaskets.

Has anyone put new exhaust gaskets on there VFR400R and if so what is the easiest way of doing it? I have just taken the fairings off and it seems like its going to be an akward job.I havent got a manual for the bike so trying to download one.
Any other items i should be looking at while im doing this job?

Its pretty awkward doing the rear cylinders. You gotta take off the rear wheel and exhaust cover etc. The flange that holds it all in is pretty, as I said before awkward. I have a manual and could send it to you. Pm me your email if you want it.
