My new psychiatrist is a biker!

So I'm a bit crazy, right? I think that's established.

Today I started at a new psychiatrist/counsellor, to try to get rid of the voices urging me to kill....
And at the end of the session he asked me what bike I ride, because I was wearing all my gear, and it turns out he's just got his Restricted.

We chatted bike-related bullshit after the head-shrinking-session was finished and it was very interesting.
He has got a little Scorpio 225, and when he gets his full license in a few months he's going to buy a V-Strom kitted out for touring.

Cool! I thought all health-professionals were really anti-riding because it's dangerous.
It's going to be a little weird running into a guy who knows all my secrets at bike rallies.

    Wink

A shrink Steam? That is soo nineties (or was it eighties??)

Spend more time time talking to your bike, she loves you!!

And that reminds me, what ever happened to one (or both) of those girls you were lining up at school? The one with the bike and another with an accent? Or is the outcome of that the reson for the shrink...

May the bridges I burn light the way.

That's not what you said in the restraining order you had served on me the other day...

I feel cheated somehow. My shrink's only quirk is that her OCD is worse than mine.
I wouldn’t be broke if the voices in my head paid rent

Most of the psychologists and psychaitrists I know are mad as a box of frogs and after dealing with 'weirdo' patients we/they need to kick back and let off steam. So why not be into bikes? Believe me some of us have even worse kinks than bikes
We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, year after year,
Running over the same old ground.
What have you found? The same old fears.
    Wish you were here. QWQ
