Leathers alteration in Auckland?

I have just bought a well used set of AGV leather on Trade me for $55.99 They are intended for use with "Henry the amazing bucket"

They have however had a varied and colourful life (much like Henry) and have been added too in quite interesting ways; both to allow for extra height, (which I won't need) and extra girth, (which is allright by me!).

I need someone to take the leathers apart, remove most of the additions and reconnect all the other bits. Can anyone please help with the name of a suitable person? Reccomendations and anecdotes are very welcome.
