there was only tv coverage of first and last rounds. (the GP and the TT). oh well.
So much for our promised FULL COVERAGE...
Cheers who ever spoke that smak talk and got us all excited. wankers
Yeah only first and last rounds (ruapuna and puke) on tv1. Other classes from those meets are supposed to be on sky sport next month.
did anyone see camera's at levels, invercargil, manfield ?
There will be further packages coming up with all the other classes in them. Watch and wait guys
Do the series sponsors put up the money for the extra coverage of the 1000/600 classes or do the rest of the classes get shafted for it?
As we all know the ones being shown now are coverage for the 600/1000 classes, and as burrt badger said above there will also be coverage of the other classes in a separate showing coming up.
This information was included in a release MNZ sent out ages ago, before the nationals. (please don't ask me to quote from it cos it was probably put in the bin ages ago!).
Wow ! Look mum, I'm on TV, just like Rossi !
Did I hear right , you guys had to give up prize money to get that ? You'd have to be real keen to take up road racing today. Remember when Wanganui was live on Boxing day , and if you were any good you could make a quid ? Gaz.
Never too old to Rock n Roll.

I've got miserly tourettes and I don't give a fuck.
sweet ill have to keep an eye out for myself.... at the back..... on the start...... Should be good to see the boys showing me how to do it!
I don't believe there is any of this "extra money". One would assume that by splitting up the coverage into 600/1000 and 125/f3/sidecars etc that you will see both 600/1000 races from one weekend in one show and all three races from the 125/f3/side cars in the other show that hasn't been screened yet. This is not fact, I don't know any more than the next guy it is just how I see it playing out.
Whats the big deal with prize money anyways, even when we got it, it wasn't as if it was a massive amount and most people ended up chucking it down their neck at the prize giving.
