Have watched some of the episodes from other countries. In comparison the Mob look intimidating. But apart from their looks they have a bit of work to do to be in the top 10 worst/baddest ones in the world.

Whats so intimidating about them? To me they look like a bunch of untrained monkeys who dine in at KFC 7 days a week who have probably never set foot in a gym

Face tattoos, patch, big. Many would find that intimidating but perhaps not you. And foot in gym will not make a difference here. But yes, the more of them the more intimidating.
