    KiwiTrackDays - Taupo - 30th May

I've just signed up for this, can't make the MotoTT on the 16th so it'll be a month before I get to strop the green machine again at Taupo. Patience is a virtue eh...
    Anyone else going??

mmmmm 30th may hehe why the hell not !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

All depends whether Kiwitrackdays can sort out the issues for STAR INSURANCE so that I'm insured because as of right now I cant go as STAR wont insure Kiwitrackdays....and only kiwitrackdays

Sugest you try another Insurance Company, Kiwitrackdays are no different than any others, except for the prize draws.

I went to the last Kiwitrackday and loved it....however, I found out 3 days prior to going that STAR no longer insured then due to a couple of safety issues they saw when they turned up unannounced at pukekohe to check up on them. I was very concerned all day about binning...problem is you don't go any slower because of it....just can't afford 10k down the road. I've contacted Steve at KTD's and he has called STAR to discuss the issues with them directly and hopefully STAR will now insure them again...I will call STAR tomorrow to find out.

I won't change insurance company as STAR have been good to me. I used to be with Swann but they won't insure me atm due to pathetic issues IMHO.

Looks like it's the lonely 5am kickoff down to Toepaw on Friday morning for me. Anyone want to meet up for a combined shiver-fest?

Thanx for the very kind offer - I'm (supposed) to be out tomorrow night with friends for dinner and then to the new Indy movie, so it's looking like I'll be a giant popsicle on Friday morning
