Their efforts in racing cars are pretty impressive, can't wait to see what they can do with a bike.

Interesting that they decided to go for a 1000cc IL4 instead of cheating like Ducati.

Good on them. It's a brave move. Looks quite like a ZX6 (which is a good thing).

    Interesting - thanks.

Wonder who's going to peddle it??
It's OK to disagree with me. I can't force you to be right.

I'm a bit disappointed by the design. That looks more Japanese than anything else.

I'm sure it'll be stuffed with BMW's great electronics, tractions control, quick shift, abs, tyre sensors etc.

Great news it's competing in WSB soon, it'll be great with some fresh air!

haha...funny you mention that...'cos at first glance I thought the front was CBR/GSXR, the side fairings up top are a bit R6 and the arse is R6...so everything but.

Overall pretty cool design though, it's not like the jap bikes are ugly. BMW has the ability to make it kick arse too.

I was thinking the ram air scoop looked a mix of SP1 and M1. Tail is very R6.

Haven't seen the lip around the air duct on it's side on anything else before. Didn't think that'd be good for aerodynamics.
