I am confused about the terminology here - FS - for Sale, WTB - Want To Buy...EOI - Ewok On Insulin. Why not start the thread with the words For sale like others. took me reading 3 posts to figure out it was actually up for grabs.

Expressions of intrest...

Was put as that as I was not to sure I wanted to sell it so just wanted to see how much intrest Id have If I was or If I got a good cash price Id take it.
