    Yeah but they fuzz will fine you for "not stopping for three seconds at a stop sign" if you are prepared to be a compliant little lemming and just pay it.

    Another case of bad cops pulling law out of their arse at their whim. Don't their collegues find this embarrassing? Or do they find it funny perhaps?
