Well, i can walk, but i'm hobblin.
All the way from ankle to hip is givin me hell now the adrenaline has worn off. I'm pretty sure it's just from the knock and will go away, but the joint pain in the knee isnt so much fun. Aggrivated old injuries where i've torn my ACL's, so yeah, we shall see.

Ouch! Hope it's nothing too serious and it heals up quick!

I only just found this thread lol.
Ride summery: Epic Fail. (with a few epic wins too)

    FAILS:
-I missed the autobahn, ended up going up the 'wrong way' bit to get in.
-Pocketcracker arrived late, we started leaving late and then...
-Badger 12 o'clock's his GN (very awesome) but drops it (not so awesome)
    -Started to rain.
    -We got lost.
    -Badger goes home.
-we have a group decision and decide the ride is cursed and we were going to pop into a bike shop, go to a bar and go home.
-bike shop closed - curse continues.

    WINS:
-found a pub with a pool table.
    -Got ice cream
-Got to ride a new twisty road to get home.
-Swaped bikes with TOTO (very awesome)
-Got home on one tank of gas.

    Fondest memory:
Seeing badger sitting on his GN 12 O'clocked. Priceless.
ChocolateWheels - Possibly the first (EX) GN rider to overtake a CBR600RR LEGITIMATELY and EX holder of the GN250 Land Speed Record.

Yeah, sounds like it was probably for the best that i turned home. We'll have to do it again at some stage, but plan the route a little better... And i'll resist the urge to be a bellend

If only Pocketcracker had his camera rolling, it would've made the day worthwhile!

Yeah how come we got lost? I thought we were just going to go down SH22? I was at the back so didn't really get what happened at Pukekohe.

Oh that's ok, wasn't blaming you or anything, and we still had a good day. Just thought you guys had been down that way before, so when you stopped at Pukekohe I was wondering if you guys were deciding on a different route.

Been that way twice , but first time I was a newbie and was trying not to fall off the bike , let alone remember a route. Second time was a month ago but trough a different roure and again unfamiliar. This time was supoposed to be the easyest route to find with no majod dramas , but i guess we were jinksed that day. It will happen. sometime soon
