Either one of my sisters, both deserve a good smacking. I have smacked one of them in the past and it felt really, really satisfying but both of them are long overdue for a thump. I'd add my brother to the list but he's so bloody pathetic it would be cruel and he'd probably cry.

The prick who responded to my letter of complaint at Sunbeam deserves at least a slap too - and not just for spelling my name wrong!

Absofuckenlutley. Nothing more satisfying than punchin' shit out of a bag, visualization of the days/weeks annoyance gives complete satisfaction.

Interestingly I have found the force of the punching bag workout when using this technique gives a useful insight into my personal dislike pecking order.
