NC30 and I have just managed to rent quite possibly the coolest house in Wellington, however, we need to find a flatmate before the end of the week to move in with us around the start of Jan or sooner.
The house is in Roseneath (top of Mt Vic), has amazing views over the harbour from the lounge and bedrooms, and is incredibly sunny. It's got a new bathroom, awesome kitchen and a bit of front and back yard. It's been renovated, so should be warm for winter. We'll have cable internet and maybe tv if it's required too.
It's a 4 bedroom place with a seperate sleepout and garage, and 1 off street park (I think) We're just looking for a 3rd person to share the main house with us, and we'll look for someone else to live in the sleepout, but that's not too urgent. We'll have our bikes in the garage, so a 3rd bike should fit in there nicely.
