    Cutting a ti muffler

    I see the muffler I have is 100mm longer then others used overseas, any tips on cutting a ti muffler and not fucking up the apperance.

    The best way with the least damage would be a 1mm pipeline cutting disc or some sheet metal cutting shears if you could get them around it with out bending the sleave while cutting . Disc is how I have made & altered mufflers works well for me & looks good with a slight file & buff .

    as he said...I'd use a stainless steel 1mm pipe disc..

    I understand what your going to do , but
    what about the back pressure .
    or its the the same identical exhaust just 100mm longer

    pretty much the same, early production version, current akra enduros are 50 shorter and SM's are 100mm shorter, with spark arrestor, db killer or without. the change requires some fueling changes
