probably won't catch me near main campus. i hang out at the law quad where people park their scooters & bikes like tetris blocks.
    Another law student?!

I think I know the bike - have spoken to ya briefly at the Eden Cres bike park - you admired my ability to wrestle my beast into a park.

Did you get an angry orange unisafe parking sticker the other day when under the garden with the other tetris blocks?

Hey rie, you should come to the staurday party, new members are always welcome. You'll know me by the million dollar smile, motorbicyclist by his long blonde hair*and no that was not a spelling mistake,he is not a girl haha*, banzai by the fact that when he turns side on he dissapears, macstar by the fact that there is probably a bike spinning towards you when looking in his direction, phurrball by the fact he will be the main point of intellectual conversation etc. good times me think.

hmmm didnt read all the thread cause I havent been on for ages. 11 pages is to much esp when most is ahhhh.......crap

Anyways I think us women....well ok I speak for myself
are here.....we lurk. When we need help we ask, as I have myself asked some very awesome KBERS with help on pannier racks and self servicing (get ya mind out the gutter) We have many very strong women representing on the site and tend to find our own circles cause as women in a mostly mans world thats how we flow. I think a chicks "night" fix er uperer woulda attract a some what different type. Trust me we are here watching listening and contributing in our own way........ima play the devils advocate here too and start some shit............ Is a female scooter rider the same a s a motorbike rider? While there will be some comparisons.......there are scooter rider s who LOVE riding, as i myself started at 15 but some do it to get to uni cheap......*I do not like to be called out in the same category unless scooter girl can come with the passion. Its like me asking a scooter boy and a buel rider their opinions on the ride around coroloop............anyways good thought, nice idea but youll find most motorbike women find their own help and fixerupper cause of who we are. If we need we seek cause to get to motorbike statusn wasnt easy and we HAD to ask, it didnt come easy,,,,,,which is why we ride. sooo ahhhhh PS anyone got cheap triumph sprint backtires?

yes - i have since learned to wriggle my own bike through the barriers with surprising agility (into the carpark to join the tetris blocks). the wrath of Mary Rose will inspire all kinds of desperate measures to get to 399 on time.

bastards! i must have been conveniently missing in action. that means the eden cres parking strip will start to get quite competitive as people stop parking under the garden? rawr.

why specifically a *female* scooter rider?

my neighbour (Santa Claus lookalike) owns the biggest, gruntiest scooter i have ever seen. he duckwalks it every weekend down the driveway to take it for a spin. it's the most glorified scooter: definitely over 150cc. however would not describe it as a motorcycle by any means. who cares, as long it gives you a thrill.
