    Different direction from FTO ...

    Following on from this thread
    Car thingy

Spotted a Jeep Wrangler 2.5 soft top... any thoughts? and it is warm on test even in the cold of our winter

Well looked after, full history, imaculate condition... tempted, could be fun

Do you want it for proper off-roading, or just as a general look-at-me-I'm-cool-mobile?

If the latter, you probably already know whether you want it or not... if the former I can give useful information, if you care.

    Which model year is it?

    It's a 1997 in RED

Bit both really looks cool and we have plenty of off road play places, the low ratio low box is very low geared, 15 mph in 4th!! only concern really is the mpg as it's abit expensive over here (.90 pence per litre)

Any usefull info would be good..

    Cheers

How bout the MR2? Especially the turbo or GT version? They go like stink and are a lot of fun down a twisty road. Mid-engine rear wheel config gives amazing handling. But there are only 2 seats. I think it looks great too.... closest thing we have to a ferrari (looks plus engine placement, etc). And then there's Toyota Reliability. Check out http://mr2.org.nz for more info if you wish.

little mini ??? They say guys in big cars have small . So then by that analogy guys in small cars have

hehehe - it's a real fun car and it handles like a go kart - not too great for cross country trips though.

Look if u get something really special - like an old porsche 15-25,000 - it'll be a blast to drive but may make you cry when it's time to get it serviced.

    What's your budget?
