Exhaust details? Mind sounds like an asthmatic Super Cub.

It has two header pipes which join just under the motor and go into a foot long coby which then has a stainless steel pipe sticking out the side.

It's relatively quiet on idle, but at full noise it REALLY barks. It's far too loud for road use.

    Didja make it yourself?

My original pipes are both rusted (the headers) and heavy. And sound like poo of course. I need a 2-into-1.

Nah went down to the automotive exhaust shop, they did the lot and charged me $160.

I'll take some pictures for you if you like.

How does your one go? Mine revs hard into the redline.

Goddamn... that'd be fan-bloody-tastic. Didn't know they would do that stuff.

My one revs hard to redline, but I try not to wring it out too much, being my only transport. It should scream more with a Keihin CR33 and velocity stack.

Sorry about the poor quality, camera doesn't take very good shots in low light conditions unfortunately!!!

It's taking too long to upload the video, I'm going to bed. Will link it tommorow probably.

Maybe search for CB250RS or somthing on youtube and you could find it?

Dude! Thanks! So they did the headers and everything? Or are they chopped down standard pipes?

Might have to go and talk to some automotive people then. Custom Chambers make lovely pieces of art but it costs, dunnit.

Lick of black enamel and that could be a goer.

Yep they did the header pipes too. It used to have lots of black enamel but that burnt off. I need to get some pot belly oven paint on it or somthing!

But he doesnt use clip-ons, it looks like a handlebars attached otherway round.

Is that normal GN bars? Wonder what he use...
