It did - went for $2300.

I was almost going to bid on it myself, but I'd prefer a physically bigger 250...

Add me to the list of people wanting a reasonably priced 250

Ah. They do come up every now and then. So I'd keep an eye out as they go for around $1500 depends on the condition.

rekon you would have to be pretty big not to fit on a rg im 6 2 and 85 kilos and had no problem fitting on mine only problem is your arse really starts to hurt after 2 hours

Damn, I thought there'd be a tonne of people selling FXR150's or GN250's or atleast a few other types

There are quite a few on trademe - had an FZR and a CBR-R offered to me for $2500, almost went for one but decided to wait for a better FZR's auction to finish (better condition, bit more $$ though). The CBR-R looked in pretty reasonable shape from the pics, but I'm a bit reluctant to spend money on an unseen bike.

It seems that any bike that has a low reserve (usually because it's been listed twice previously without success) will go for less than the owner was previously asking - which is a good thing imo... they're generally horribly overpriced.
