    I did that once, on one of those black rubbery barrier things in a supermarket carpark. It was at the Mt Wellington Big Fresh (probably a Countdown, now). I didn't realise it was there, drove the Laser straight over it, and snagged some exhaust component or other on it.

    Spent about five minutes staring at it and scratching my head before I realised that when I got *out* of the car, it didn't scrape any more, and I could just push it back over the bump without further ado...

    I actualy saw a Taxi driver do that about two weeks ago.
    He was coming out of the Otara shoping center car park.
    There's these concrete mushrooms on the side of the exit ya' see.He was trying to go around another car that was a bit slow finding a gap in the traffic.
