Yeah - thing about NZ new - pain in the arse - year of manufacture and year of registration tend to differ a bit.
My Ducati manufactured in Feb '97 but didn't hit the road in NZ until May '98 (by which time the model had been discontinued anyway).
Nice bike though - best of luck with the sale.

Ill get another one, Probably a ZXR636, Easier to get around town, but still good enough for a long trip. And well ,there just really great bikes. Its what I owned before my RSVR.
